A request is not a confirmed reservation

The forms for a Ben's Table menu session, a private event, and a restaurant table create a request. Each request receives a reference number and starts as unpaid. A place is held only after we mark the request paid or confirmed. Until then, the date can still be offered to someone else. We confirm or decline by email or phone.

You agree that the details you send are accurate, including the number of guests and any note you add for the whole party.

What a request includes

• Menu session: full name, email, phone, number of guests, and optional notes.
• Private event: the same details, plus a preferred date.
• Restaurant table: first name, last name, email, phone, date, number of guests, and details.

Notes may include allergies or seating needs. We use them only to prepare and host the visit.

Menu sessions

A session shows a date, time, location, price per guest, and a maximum number of guests. The price shown when you send the request is the price we confirm, unless we tell you of a change before the reservation is accepted. The menu may change for supply, season, or dietary reasons. We tell you if a change is material. If the session is already full, the request is refused.

Payment

This website does not take payment. If a reservation has to be paid, we arrange that separately, outside the site, after you send the request. Sending the form does not charge you and does not by itself confirm the reservation.

Changes and cancellation

To change or cancel a request, email or call us and quote your reference. We cancel from our side and email you the reason.

• If the reservation was paid, we reimburse you and contact you about the repayment.
• If it was confirmed but not paid, the reservation is cancelled and no repayment is due.

We may cancel a session or a booking if we cannot run it. Paid guests are reimbursed. We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs you arranged around the booking.

During the visit

A reservation is for the number of guests you booked. Please tell us about allergies when you book. We take reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.

After the visit

The morning after a visit, guests whose reservation was paid or confirmed may receive one email asking for a Google review. You can ignore it. It is not a condition of the booking.

Website content

Menus, prices, dates, and photos are published in good faith and can change. We may correct mistakes. Text, photos, and the Ben's Table, Ben Weber, and La Bottega marks belong to us or our licensors. You may read and print pages for private use. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

Other sites

Links to Instagram, Facebook, Google, and other sites are outside our control. Their own terms apply once you leave this site.

Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence, and for injury caused by our fault, as required by Luxembourg law. We are not liable for losses caused by information on the site being incomplete or out of date, by a request that we have not yet confirmed, or by a third-party site.

Law

Luxembourg law applies. The courts of Luxembourg have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
